“Very disappointed with this hotel. For a hotel that charges $1100 or more per night, they sure love to nickel and dime you.
My wife called down to reception for “some water” in the middle of the day. No specifics, just wanted a few bottles of water...like what most hotels give you complimentary at check in.
We get our bill this morning and, sure enough, there was a $100.40 charge for five bottles of water. One more time...one hundred dollars...for five bottles of water. We tried talking with two people about it and the “best they could do” was refund half of it.
I never write reviews, but this has made me so unbelievably mad that I’ll never stay at one of their hotels again. We had no idea what the cost was, it was never told to us at any point, and no one seemed to care about how obviously frustrated we were. Unbelievable.”

“Great service. Excellent facilities. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. We’ve stayed at dozens of other 5 star hotels in the city that cost a little less. They were not worth the money you save, when compared to the Park Hyatt.”
